Καληνύχτα να λέω στο παλιό

σ'ότι παλιό

σε ότι με βαραίνει αλυσίδα στο πόδι μου με μπάλα 

καληνύχτα πόνε μου παλιέ

τραύμα μου βαθύ από τα έξι χρόνια καληνύχτα

ξημερώνει μέρα με χρώματα

με της άνοιξης αρώματα 

με μουσικές

ξημερώνει ουρανός όλο

πορτοκαλί και κίτρινο

ροζ πινελιές 

στο γαλάζιο του πνέυματος

ξημερώνει η ελπίδα μου κι όλο το φως

το φως της νέας μέρας

το φως της αλήθειας

το φως της αγάπης

το όλον φως

σε φιλώ, σε ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς

που ήρθες στη ζωή μου διαβάτης

συνοδοιπόρος που υπήρξες για λίγο

ας συγχωρεθούμε

ευχαριστώ που με χάραξες, 

που με έμαθες τη θλίψη να χωρίζω από την αυτολύπη

σημαίνεις πολλά για τη μέρα που έρχεται

μα τώρα γεια σου, καληνύχτα για πάντα

γιατί για τη μέρα ετοιμάζομαι, και το ξημέρωμα φτάνει

και εκεί πια θα ξεχαστείς

και τραύμα, και φόβε, και σκέψη παλιά

και σπόρε πικρέ και ξένε

σε φιλώ και γειά σου πια

γιατί φτάνει, να 

βλέπω μια αχτίδα το μαυρο να σπάει

σώπασε φωνή μου πια

ακούω την καρδιά μου- σαν τρελλή χτυπά

σχεδόν καλαηδά

αγγέλους ακούω και νότες ψηλές

στη μέρα που έρχεται

τιμή μου μεγάλη

στο φως πια να δω 

τον αληθινό μου Εαυτό

As I Began to Love Myself

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody as I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me.
Today I call it “RESPECT“.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life, and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it “Maturity“.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance, I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens at the exactly right moment, so I could be calm.
Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE“.

As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time, and I stopped designing huge projects for the future. Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm.
Today I call it “SIMPLICITY“.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything the drew me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism.
Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF“.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since I was wrong less of the time.
Today I discovered that is “MODESTY“.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING is happening.
Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT“.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally.
Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART“.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born.

Today I know THAT IS “LIFE“!

It's high time we realize how our brain functions, why we "have to think with the heart" and how YOU can have an affect on the global change that is now taking place. It's high time we understand that we have the POWER TO CHANGE OUR REALITY IF WE CHANGE. It's high time we start thinking about PEACE, BLISS, LOVE and forget all the chaotic negativity around us. It is NOW the time to understand that if we want Peace in the world, Peace we must create in our hearts first. It is NOW the time to do one simple thing... MEDITATE. Be a part of the change, it's only a thought away.

    vii. Υπάρχει η ευχαρίστηση , υπάρχει και η ευτυχία. Ξέχασε το πρώτο για να κατακτήσεις το δεύτερο.

   viii. Ενώ ο Άνδρας επιθυμεί τη Γυναίκα, το μυαλό του είναι δεμένο τόσο κοντά όσο ένα μοσχαράκι, στη μητέρα του.
