What a big fuss about 2012, the end of the world, a new World War, planet Nibiru...
I think the lyrics of the famous song by R.E.M. put it the best way possible: "it's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine..."
Because the world is not ending, it is only waking up.

Something seems to be terribly wrong.
Browsing around the internet, I laid eyes upon a girl showing off herself and her blog: “Hi, I’m Cristina. I have great boobs and I smoke weed”.
It took me some moments to react. It sounded so weird to me, the words she used, the attitude she wanted to show off and the fact that smoking weed is something to brag about and make others follow you.
I let my mind drift some more, elevate above what I just read and see the bigger picture. I ended up thinking about all of us that try so hard to identify with something, so to be “something” in our lives. I am pretty, aka I copy this and this famous stars/ I am successful, aka I bust my ass all day long to obtain all that glitter in my life / I drive this expensive car- hold this expensive bag- show off flesh, aka please notice me - and the list goes on and on and on. I keep wondering, why do we have to put labels on us to be somebody, somebody acceptable from the various societies we wish to belong to.
Have we forgotten that what really matters is simply the person we are? A friend asked me, “If I take all these so called labels off, what is left then”? The answer is simple: You. What you really are, is what is left when all the labels die, the real you – the real me, is the person on a desert island: without the labels, the car, the make-up, the hair, the fake money, the lies, the various masks we use.
We have fallen in the trap of identifying with the material world and with our Ego. The words “I”, “my” and “mine” all of a sudden give a different dimension to objects and situations. Try saying “Paul’s car was stolen”. Everything is okay, nothing great happened. Now try “my car was stolen”. See? The power of identification, the power of owning something that adds “something” to your personality, that is an extension of yourself, an enhancement of yourself. How sad that all that vanity and identification is haunting us more than ever before in history. Now, more than ever before, you need to have something in order to be somebody. Even if you are not, or have no significant achievements, you can be somebody in Facebook or mySpace. You have to be accepted, be praised and admired, not for who you are though- but for what you have: the business, the car, the looks, the connections. You have to have an audience, you have to have an identity- you have to be somebody significant somehow. And all that, just to obtain a place in the (artificial) sun(?)…
All these labels ultimately do not add something to us. The opposite. They take away our real self, the sense of freedom, the ability to express the way we want.
We have lost faith in the real power that we were born with, the real beauty, the real wisdom. We chose to find all that in the material world. And according to the statistics, the wars, the financial crisis, the prozac consumption, the various increasing mental disorders and the numerous visits to the psychologist, we have chosen the wrong way.

the root of all evil : the pain body
Sometimes we feel bad, without a particular reason...often we feel that this dark feeling will utterly devour us.
What could be wrong? Why so many people around us seem cranky, nervous, filled with negativity which causes emotional stress and pain?
This accumulated pain is a negative energy field that occupies your body and mind. If you look on it as an invisible entity in its own right, you are getting quite close to the truth. It's the emotional pain body. It has two modes of being: dormant and active.
The pain body wants to survive, just like every other entity in existence, and it can only survive if it gets you to unconsciously identify with it. It can then rise up, take you over, "become you," and live through you. It needs to get its "food" through you. It will feed on any experience that resonates with its own kind of energy, anything that creates further pain in whatever form: anger, destructiveness, hatred, grief, emotional drama, violence, and even illness.
So the pain body, when it has taken you over, will create a situation in your life that reflects back its own energy frequency for it to feed on. Pain can only feed on pain. Pain cannot feed on joy. It finds it quite indigestible.
Once the pain body has taken you over, you want more pain. You become a victim or a perpetrator. You want to inflict pain, or you want to suffer pain, or both. There isn't really much difference between the two. You are not conscious of this, of course, and will vehemently claim that you do not want pain. But look closely and you will that your thinking and behavior are designed to keep the pain going, for yourself and others.
If you were truly conscious of it, the pattern would dissolve, for to want more pain is insanity, and nobody is consciously insane.
The pain body, which is the dark shadow cast by the ego, is actually afraid of the light of your consciousness. It is afraid of being found out. Its survival depends on your unconscious identification with it, as well as on your unconscious fear of facing the pain that lives in you. But if you don't face it, if you don't bring the light of your consciousness into the pain, you will be forced to relive it again and again. The pain body may seem to you like a dangerous monster that you cannot bear to look at, but I assure you that it is an insubstantial phantom that cannot prevail against the power of your presence.
So the pain body doesn't want you to observe it directly and see it for what it is. The moment you observe, feel its energy field within you, and take your attention into it, the identification is broken. A higher dimension of consciousness has come in. I call it presence.
You are now the witness or the watcher of the pain body. This means that it cannot use you anymore by pretending to be you, and it can no longer replenish itself through you. You have found your own inner strength. You have accessed the power of Now.
Unconsciousness creates it; consciousness transmutes it into itself.
The pain body consists of trapped life-energy that has split off from your total energy field and has temporarily become autonomous through the unnatural process of mind identification (the process of labeling : I am this, I am that, I have such a career, I own this and that thus I am somebody, I am successful-hurt-aknowledged etc). It has turned in on itself and become anti-life, like an animal trying to devour its own tail. Why do you think our civilisation has become so life-destructive?
But even the life-destructive forces are still life-energy.
Let me summarize the process. Focus attention on the feeling inside you. Know that it is the pain body. Accept that it is there. Don't think about it - don't let the feeling turn into thinking. Don't judge or analyze. Don't make an identity for yourself out of it. Stay present, and continue to be the observer of what is happening inside you. Become aware not only of the emotional pain but also of "the one who observes," the silent watcher.
This is the power of the Now, the power of your own conscious presence. Then see what happens.
For many women, the pain body awakens particularly at the time preceding the menstrual flow.If you are able to stay alert and present at that time and watch whatever you feel within, rather then be taken over by it, it affords an opportunity for the most powerful spiritual practice, and a rapid transmutation of all past pain becomes possible.
(taken from Eckhart's Teachings : )
“It goes deeper then that and we are not running away from the fact that in you there lives a field of residue of past Human pain.
On a personal level, pain from childhood that leaves residues, Energetic residues….different things, painful things have happened to you in your childhood and of course far beyond that in time. But lets just talk from the level of your present existence in this form.
The pain that is carried over from your childhood and beyond and leaves residues …doesn’t go away completely, it leaves residues of pain, Energy fields: everything is Energy. And then those Energy Fields get together, because they feel, they vibrate at the same frequency. So emotional pain gathers into one mass of pain, contracted Energy, that isn’t flowing freely. An Energy of (E.T. make a sound ahhhh, ahhhhh) that I call the “Painbody” that humans carry inside. An Energy Field of Pain.
And if you don’t recognize that, no matter how much Spiritual Practice you do and even what we are doing here if you do not see, if you do not recognize how the Painbody operates, it will trick every time and you will lose consciousness through it.
First we realize “there is an Energy Field of pain in me”, that may manifest either as turbulence, anger, heaviness, depression, tightness, fear …whatever way it manifests its not pleasant its painful its past pain but very much alive still.
You carry it inside. But you are not always conscious of it and I talk about it briefly in one Chapter of the book, so we go a little bit more deeply now, and now that the added Energy of Presence that we take into the Painbody.
The Painbody is sometimes dormant and sometimes active. It becomes active when you suddenly feel it very strongly, when it needs to feed on further experience of pain. As it always has to do regularly like, it’s a little entity almost, it needs Feeding, temporarily on the experience of further pain, and you will know this has happened when a relatively insignificant trigger produces an Incredible out burst, reaction of Pain. A minor thing goes wrong or somebody say something, or your partner says something or does something and there is suddenly a deep or even a thought come in, and suddenly it serves as a trigger for an immense, the arising of deep emotional pain.
At that moment the Pain body, this Energy Field, has come up out of its dormant state, it is ready to feed on more Pain. It produces..first...in two ways …I haven’t put it that clearly in the First Book I will explain it in the next Book…(Laughter) …there are two ways in which it feeds…because that is all it can feed on ..Pain body consists of that, energy of pain its needs (ET says) “please where can I get more Pain”.
It feed on your thoughts, when its ready to rise up, it will control your thinking, it rises into the mind and your mind …which is your thought activity …because with the Pain Body every thought you think is destructive and painful.
And the Pain Body loves it!!! It gobbles up the Energy of every thought that you think, every destructive and deeply negative thought, it eats it up, so to speak, (ET makes chomping sounds while all laugh) And it’s having a Good Time! It’s feeding and, at that moment, one way of putting it is, one could say “the addictive quality of Human Pain". Addictive because it loves it’s pain.
When the Painbody has taken you over and has succeeded in pretending that that’s 'Who you are', all your thinking is completely aligned with it. And it’s feeding on it. At that very moment the last thing you want is to be free of pain. At that moment pain IS what you want because at that moment, You are the Painbody.
And if I came into your life at that moment and gave you this message, “that Life free from Pain IS possible” You would hit me over the Head!!! (Laughter). Because the Painbody would be there and I would be talking to the Painbody and the Painbody would be talking back at me. So the pain body needs to come in periodically and we all have experienced it with partners………………… …….now the pain body will use you thinking, it will feed on you negative and destructive thinking.
How long the feeding time lasts of any particular pain body varies greatly from person to person, I could be a brief one, it could be an hour or two; some pain bodies have a feeding time of several weeks, even months. That is the extreme and in very extreme cases there are some pain bodies that have virtually no dormant stage that are continuously feeding and active. But that’s more rare but………….you sometimes meet people and the pain body is looking at you through their eyes and they are waiting for an excuse to have more…they want you to give them a painful reaction. They want you to be angry with them; they want you to attack them. That’s people totally possessed by the painbody.
So Level One: the pain body feed on your thinking.
Level Two: The pain body feeds on the feed back of the emotional pain from other people
So it might not only use your own thinking it might even predominately use somebody else’s reactions.,,……….
So the Painbody feeding on thinking, Painbody feeding on others reactions. Now I mentioned last night the “unhappy me” a mind pattern that people are identified with an unhappy sense of self. This mind pattern, when the pain is active it becomes amplified, the Energy of the Unhappy me when the Painbody moves into that mind pattern that already is telling you “your life hasn’t been good enough” and so on and you may not make it, “life has passed me by”, and so on.
Now the Painbody moves into that mind pattern and its Energy gets amplified, 10 times, 20 times, 50 times, 100 times in other words the “unhappy me”; the Painbody arises, it flows into that mind structure, the emotion flows into that mind structure, the Unhappy sense of me becomes dreadfully Unhappy and Loves it’s Unhappiness because that’s what it consists of.
…Now it is not a foreign body, which lives in you. There is nothing that is not Life Energy.
Even your pain body is life Energy except it isn’t flowing freely …it’s got stuck somewhere.
And when Energy gets stuck and cannot low freely pain arise like a river. If a river cannot flow the water accumulates and pressure accumulates. But really it's beautiful Life Energy.
The water is still beautiful there is pressure accumulating, inside …that’s what the pain body is. Now, as we bright Presence, this consciousness in to the Painbody, it can no longer fool you into completely identifying with it.
are already practicing that. The Pain body comes up and at that moment you will recognize it as the Painbody. That is the Beginning of Freedom from it. The recognition, when it comes, slight trigger, provocation, even a thought, deep Pain arises, in whatever form, in some people it is a very active pain, active aggressive pain, in other persons it is a Passive form of Pain, “poor little me” victim pain, doesn’t matter which, pain bodies have different qualities in different people.”
welcome to freedom.-

Life is balance, right? ( the alkaline attitude )
I am reading various things on magazines, on the internet, I am listening them to the radio and on television… “A new magic way to be slim, to lose weight, to have the dreamy figure you always wanted.” I see extremely skinny girls, with an extremely unhealthy look everywhere. I am sure that all the marketers, the sales people and the promoters have a good intention and believe in their product, but really, is it a product that we need or an attitude?
All that fuss made me wonder and ponder through this time of Image, where people prefer to be good looking over being healthy. I have always appreciated health.I have diabetes from the age of 11 and since I was a teen, I wanted to figure out the formula that would allow me to live in balance. For people with diabetes, due to lack of insulin ,the need to be balanced is vital: most foods will not be efficiently metabolized and the body will end up with too many toxins, which in real life this pretty much means that you feel sick, with no vitality, dehydrated and with your heart pumping fast in an attempt to get rid of all the nasty toxins. The body is in agony and you can tell.
My fist though was, who wants to lose anything? I mean, even from a linguistic point of view, the phrase “lose weight” gives your brain anxiety. You never need to lose weight. You actually have to lose excess fat. My goal was never to lose weight, but to gain health and vitality.
To do so, I started to observe the human body, the way it functions. My body is extremely sensitive to all kinds of foods and corresponds immediately to them due to lack of insulin. Through years, I noticed how fast sugar would make my body break down because of toxins, gave me headaches - how body eliminations, breath and skin would alter due to various foods. I started noticing when I would have a craving for something sweet; was sugar what I really wanted or was there a psychological factor behind that desire that wanted to be satisfied? Researching about foods make me really worried. The truth is that we are the only animal that consumes the milk of other mammals. Also, our body and teeth were not designed to consume meat, which flavor comes from the huge amounts of adrenaline released in the animal’s body when slaughtered and it’s tenderness is due to the fact that uric substances are also released in it’s body. That didn’t make me feel very well- plus, it filled me with questions.
(note: If you wonder "what about the precious calcium from milk and protein from meat", fruits and vegetables are abundant in those substances. The human body can perfectly metabolize only human milk which provides infants with all the necessary nutrients for growth. Later, all we need can be found in what nature provides.)
The next thing was to realize what would work and why. I wanted to find that golden point that my body would feel great, be great, look great. And I found it : The alkaline balance.
Things made immediately sense in my head. There is a subtle pH (potential of hydrogen) balance in our body, ranged from 0 to 14, were zero is extremely acidic and fourteen is extremely alkaline (or base). For us to be in perfect health and balance, this number should slightly incline to the alkaline side of the equilibrium, meaning we should be around 7,3 aproximately. Water is the most abundant compound in the human body, comprising 70% of the body, which strives to balance pH.
All foods leave an acidic or alkaline residue (or ash) in our body when consumed.
Minerals containing elements like calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, are said to be the principal components of the ash. A food is thus classified as alkaline, acid or neutral according to the pH of the solution created with its ash in water.
In real life, to obtain this amazing balance and reveal all our power, strength, radiance, stamina , the 70% of the foods we consume daily must be alkaline and 30% acidic. That means, that we should base our diet upon low-sugar fruits, vegetables, tubers, nuts and legumes and use sugar, dairy, meat, fungi and saturated fats in a much smaller scale.
In a nutshell, the more natural foods we consume, the less cooked foods we consume, the better. No wonder why people are obese, cranky ( blood sugar triggers insulin and a series of hormones that make feelings unstable – from hyper to moody ) and with all kinds of health problems : our systems are breaking down, our body struggles to survive in this lack of vitamins, minerals and water.
We do not need a magic pill, the fantastic taste of the powder that has all you need in it or the tablets with the amazing results. We need to realize and be aware. Realize that we are destroying our body and we are it treating as if it were the trash bin. Have you noticed that people now drink cokes bigger than their heads? That children prefer junk food over fruit? Have you realized that what our body needs is nutrients that are available in the richness of nature and not in the famous burger chain or the delicious grande-latte-caramel-chocolate-cream-500 useless calories-poo poo coffee? It is time to be aware. It is not nuclear science. We have to be aware of the fact that we are what we eat. It is not sane to eat useless foods and then take a vitamin tablet (which is expensive urine because the body cannot absorb it…). It is time we realized that 70% of the people that end up at the Doctor’s office it is due to bad eating habbits. It high time we start thinking before eating. We have linked food with pleasure, and that could be the case at times, but under no circumstances can food be the solution. So think: why am I eating this? Because it will make me feel good? Because it is a guaranteed pleasure? Or because my body needs it? Don’t you think that it would be wiser if we used food for nutrition and not for psychological treatment (that has no results whatsoever)? Wouldn’t we be so much healthier if we ate what we really needed and what we are designed to eat?
I will agree that a good figure can make you feel more confident. But without health there cannot possibly be beauty. I think it is high time we saved ourselves from this insanity around us and really realize that we are what we eat.
Bon apetit.
Note :
If you are curious about your body’s acidity or alkalinity you can buy pH test strips for cheap at your local drug store.
Mild acidosis can cause such problems as:
• Cardiovascular damage, including the constriction of blood vessels and the reduction of oxygen.
• Weight gain, obesity and diabetes.
• Bladder and kidney conditions, including kidney stones.
• Immune deficiency.
• Acceleration of free radical damage, possibly contributing to cancerous mutations.
• Hormone concerns.
• Premature aging.
• Osteoporosis; weak, brittle bones, hip fractures and bone spurs.
• Joint pain, aching muscles and lactic acid buildup.
• Low energy and chronic fatigue.
• Slow digestion and elimination.
• Yeast/fungal overgrowth.

DMT - the hallucinogenic drug in our body
N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) is a naturally occurring hallucinogenic drug of the tryptamine family. This drug is found not only in many plants (delosperma flower, acacia family, mimosa trees – we have tracked DMT in more than 100 plants) but also in trace amounts in the human body, where its natural function remains undetermined. Structurally, it is analogous to the neurotransmitter serotonin (5-HT) and other hallucinogenic tryptamines such as 5-MeO-DMT, bufotenin (5-OH-DMT), and psilocin (4-HO-DMT). DMT is created in small amounts by the human body during normal metabolism by the enzyme tryptamine-N-methyltransferase. Many cultures, indigenous and modern, ingest DMT as a psychedelic, in either extracted or synthesized forms. When refined, DMT is a clear to white, crystalline solid. However, DMT found on the illicit market is commonly impure and may appear yellow, orange, or salmon in color, unless special care has been taken to remove these impurities. Such impurities result from degradation or originate from plant matter from which the DMT may have been extracted.
DMT is a derivative of tryptamine with two additional methyl groups at the amine nitrogen atom. DMT was first synthesized by Canadian chemist Richard Manske in 1931. Natural DMT was first extracted from the plant roots of Mimosa hostilis in 1946 by Brazilian ethnobotanist and chemist Gonçalves de Lima who named it Nigerine. It has a retelavely simple biosynthesis which resembles the one of serotonin, which is responsible for the pleasant mood(s) we experience.
The psychotropic effects of DMT were first studied scientifically by the Hungarian chemist and psychologist Dr. Stephen Szára who performed research with volunteers in the mid-1950s. DMT can produce powerful entheogenic experiences including intense visuals, euphoria, even true hallucinations (perceived extensions of reality)- it was used by Shamans for spiritual experiences.
In the 1990’s , Dr. Rick Strassman, while conducting DMT research, advanced the theory that a massive release of DMT from the pineal gland prior to death or near death was the cause of the near death experience (NDE) phenomenon. Several of his test subjects reported NDE-like audio or visual hallucinations. His explanation for this was the possible lack of panic involved in the clinical setting and possible dosage differences between those administered and those encountered in actual NDE cases. Several subjects also reported contact with 'other beings', alien like, insectoid or reptilian in nature, in highly advanced technological environments where the subjects were 'carried', 'probed', 'tested', 'manipulated', 'dismembered', 'taught', 'loved' and even 'raped' by these 'beings' (one could note the strong similarities of these bodily tests/invasions in other psychedelic experiences throughout time, outlined in Graham Hancock's "Supernatural"). Strassman has speculated that DMT is made in the pineal gland, largely because the necessary constituents needed to make DMT are found in the pineal gland in substantially greater concentrations than any other part of the body.
Modern society and science can not possibly refuse the power of DMT, although not thoroughly explained. Many countries have classified Dimethyltryptamine as a “SCHEDULE I” drug under the 1971 U.N. Convention of Psychotropic Substances, meaning that the use of DMT is supposed to be resticted to scientific research and medical use. Natural meterials containing DMT, including ayahuasca – a tea brewed from plant leaves rich in DMT for religious – shamanic purposes – are explicitely not regulated under the 1971 Psychotropic Convention.
Dimethyltryptamine is a chemical compound connected to the pineal gland (third eye or crown chakra) and it is believed that it is produced by it. However, research has shown that in modern society the pineal gland is almost disabled by the age of twelve due to chemicals that we consume through food, fluoride through water and extensive hours infront of television in early ages when the brain is rapidly growing.
This substance our body produces, has a lot more to reveal about our brain’s currently limited ability and perception. Don’t forget that we are only using a fraction of it…

What is the Pineal Gland?
The Pineal Gland, commonly known as the "third eye", is an actual organ in our body. Also called the pineal body, epiphysis cerebri or simply epiphysis is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. The epiphysis ( coming from the greek word επίφυσις - επί + φύσις , above nature ) is responsible for the production of he serotonin derivative of melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and seasonal biofunctions. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone (hence its name), and it is located near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two rounded thalamic bodies join.
The cells of the epiphysis have a strong resemblance to the photoreceptor cells of the actual eye and it is believed to be a "living fossil" that represents evolution’s earlier approach to photoreception. That is why is really called the third eye.
According to Rene Descartes who dedicated a lot of time in the study of the pineal gland :
“My view is that this gland is the principal seat of the soul, and the place in which all our thoughts are formed. The reason I believe this is that I cannot find any part of the brain, except this, which is not double. Since we see only one thing with two eyes, and hear only one voice with two ears, and in short have never more than one thought at a time, it must necessarily be the case that the impressions which enter by the two eyes or by the two ears, and so on, unite with each other in some part of the body before being considered by the soul. Now it is impossible to find any such place in the whole head except this gland; moreover it is situated in the most suitable possible place for this purpose, in the middle of all the concavities; and it is supported and surrounded by the little branches of the carotid arteries which bring the spirits into the brain.”[24] (29 January 1640, AT III:19-20, CSMK 143)
This tiny organ has without a question great secrets to reveal.

It is now believed that the pineal gland, plays a major role in the way we perceive the world around us. Moreover, research has shown that a number of chemicals damage the epiphysis such as fluoride, sweeteners, food coloring and taste enhancers."For he [Descartes] maintained, that the soul or mind is specially united to a particular part of the brain, namely, to that part called the pineal gland, by the aid of which the mind is enabled to feel all the movements which are set going in the body, and also external objects, and which the mind by a simple act of volition can put in motion in various ways...Such is the doctrine of this illustrious philosopher (in so far as I gather it from his own words) ; it is one which, had it been less ingenious, I could hardly believe to have proceeded from so great a man. Indeed, I am lost in wonder, that a philosopher, who had stoutly asserted, that he would draw no conclusions which do not follow from self-evident premisses, and would affirm nothing which he did not clearly and distinctly perceive, and who had so often taken to task the scholastics for wishing to explain obscurities through occult qualities, could maintain a hypothesis, beside which occult qualities are commonplace. What does he understand, I ask, by the union of the mind and the body?" (Baruch de Spinoza, Ethics; part 5)[27]
This tiny organ has without a question great secrets to reveal.
